HOW GROUP TRAVEL WORKS

1. Start Your Group Trip

The Group Leader submits a group travel request with the destination, preferred travel dates, estimated number of travelers, budget, and vision for the trip.

2. We Plan Your Group Experience

Jennings Ventures researches and prepares travel options based on the group's needs. The Group Leader reviews the proposed trip details before moving forward.

3. Approve Your Group Trip

Once the Group Leader is ready to move forward, the trip moves into the registration phase. The Group Leader receives the Group Travel Leader Agreement and a private registration link to share with the group.

4. Travelers Register Individually

Each traveler completes their own registration with Jennings Ventures. There's no need for the Group Leader to collect everyone's personal information or manage individual bookings.

5. Each Traveler Handles Their Own Payments

Registered travelers receive their individual agreement, deposit requirements, payment information, and applicable payment plan.

6. We Manage the Details

Trip Questions Answered

How do I start a group trip with Jennings Ventures?

The process begins with the Group Leader submitting a group travel request. We'll discuss your destination, travel dates, estimated number of travelers, budget, accommodations, and overall vision. Jennings Ventures will then research and prepare options for the Group Leader to review.

Once the trip is approved, traveler registration can open.

How do my group members sign up?

Once your group trip is approved and registration opens, the Group Leader receives a private Group Traveler Registration link to share with the people joining the trip.

Each traveler completes their own registration directly with Jennings Ventures. This allows us to create an individual traveler record and communicate directly with each person regarding their booking requirements.

Does the Group Leader collect everyone's money?

No. The Group Leader is not responsible for collecting or managing other travelers' payments.

Each traveler is responsible for their own deposit, payment plan, remaining balance, and final payment. Jennings Ventures communicates directly with registered travelers regarding their individual payment requirements.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans may be available depending on the trip and supplier requirements.

Each traveler receives their own payment information and is responsible for making their payments by the applicable deadlines.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular booking, trips must be paid in full no later than 60 days before departure..

When is my reservation secured?

Completing the Group Traveler Registration form does not secure a reservation.

A traveler's reservation is secured only after the required agreement has been completed, the applicable deposit has been received, and Jennings Ventures has confirmed the reservation with the travel supplier.

Prices and availability are subject to change until reservations are secured.

What happens if someone in the group doesn't pay?

If an individual traveler misses a required payment, it may affect that traveler's reservation and could result in cancellation, loss of deposits, supplier penalties, or pricing changes depending on the supplier's terms.

The Group Leader does not become responsible for another traveler's unpaid balance.

Changes in the number of participating travelers can, however, affect group pricing, accommodations, transportation, amenities, or other group benefits.

Can travelers join the group later?

Possibly. Additional travelers may be added subject to availability and current pricing.

Someone joining later may not receive the same airfare, room rate, cabin category, promotional pricing, or other terms originally available to the group.

Can you arrange flights, transportation and excursions?

Yes. Depending on the trip, Jennings Ventures can assist with airfare, accommodations, cruises, airport transportation, excursions, activities, and other travel experiences.

Available services will vary based on the destination, group needs, and suppliers being used.

What happens if a traveler cancels?

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the policies of the applicable airline, resort, cruise line, tour operator, or other supplier.

Some deposits, airfare, and other travel components may be nonrefundable and/or nontransferable once secured.

Jennings Ventures strongly recommends considering travel protection.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Travel protection may be available depending on the trip and supplier.

Jennings Ventures strongly recommends that each traveler consider appropriate travel protection because unexpected circumstances can affect travel plans. Coverage, exclusions, claims, and benefits are determined by the insurance provider and policy selected.

Is there a minimum number of travelers for group travel?

Minimum group requirements can vary depending on the destination, resort, cruise line, supplier, and type of group booking.

We'll discuss the anticipated number of travelers during the planning process and let the Group Leader know about any applicable minimum requirements.
